Fees Policy

Skoolz Out will provide childcare in accordance with our admissions policy.

  • Fees will be agreed yearly by the Manager.
  • Once fees are set in the contract these are to be paid weekly or monthly in advance whether the child is in Afterschool or not.
  • The Afterschool will still charge for any sessions that the child does not attend due to illness or unauthorised absence as a place is still being retained.
  • I have read the afterschool’s Behaviour Management Policy and agree to its terms and appreciate that in some circumstances it may be necessary to exclude my child from the service, and I will pay for any missed sessions unless otherwise agreed with the manager.
  • All parents are required to inform the manager immediately of any change of circumstance that may affect their childcare arrangements.
  • Parents must inform the Afterschool if a child is ill or will not be attending Afterschool on the first day of absence.
  • If fees have not been met and parents have been asked to remove their child from the service until outstanding balance has been met. Fees will incur at the weekly rate of £64 per child until the balance has been paid in full.
  • Fees are payable for full  term time and with the exception of University and College. (All fees are calculated over the year taking into consideration bank holidays. There will be no extra charge for in-service days.)
  • If childcare is no longer needed the Afterschool will require 1 months notice in writing or 1 months fees in lieu of notice.
  • In the event that it is not possible to provide the service for any reason e.g. building closure, adverse weather conditions causing children to be absent full fees are payable.
  • Skoolz Out accept voucher payments from various companies. Please check with management if this is your preferred method of payment. Payments are still expected in advance.
  • Tax credits will help some parents with up to 85% of cost and are often paid in arrears. Skoolz Out still require payments in advance for child/ren attending.

Failure to follow these requirements could lead to the parent being asked to remove their child from the Afterschool.
